Worship Service - What to Expect

A God-Charged Atmosphere

One of the things you will sense in our worship services is a passion and awe for the supremacy of God in all things, and a desire to enjoy God above all things. From the ushers to the worship team, to the pastor who teaches, to the people in the congregation, we strive after honoring God and meeting with Him. We hope you sense that while among us, and that you are touched in a positive way by that experience.

Great Music

Our music is primarily contemporary accompanied by pianos, keyboards, percussion, and a wide variety of instruments and singers. We also balance modern worship songs with a selection of traditional hymns at each service. At times we have special musical performances by individuals or our CPC choir. Bible-Based Teaching

We look to the Bible in its entirety as our final authority for truth in all issues of life. At CPC you'll find that our sermons are both educational and relevant to your questions and concerns. They are presented in 'normal' English and at each service you receive a sermon outline and tools to help you practically apply the message to your daily life. Want to sample a sermon? Sunday Children's Worship That's Fun and Engaging

During our Sunday service, kids absolutely love coming to Covenant Cove Children's Worship! About half-way through the main church service, the Preschool through 4th grade kids are dismissed to Covenant Cove where they learn about Jesus through God's Word, praise him through singing, and enjoy fun activies.

Tot Ministry (Nursery for ages 0-4 on Saturday, 0-3 on Sunday mornings)

Our experienced and dedicated nursery staff watch your infants and toddlers while you enjoy the adult worship service. This is more than child care. Your children will learn age-appropriate Bible lessons from the Children's Catechism. Click here for more information on the Tot Ministry.

Special Needs Accommodations

Our church is handicap accessible. We also provide hearing amplification devices for the worship service on Sunday morning.
