You've probably worshiped with us for a little while now, and you may be curious what membership is all about. Or perhaps you're a member elsewhere and just moved into the area and feel ready to make Covenant your new "church home." This page contains all the information you need to know for how to become a member.

Membership Class Details

Membership Classes run on Sundays, during the Sunday School time (9:00-10:10am). The class series run for 9 weeks, in Room E208 (upstairs in the Elementary building). Since these classes are held on Sunday mornings, childcare is provided.

Occasionally (as with the July 2013 classes), we will offer a membership weekend on a Saturday morning and Sunday evening. With prior notification of need, childcare can be provided at this weekend session as well.

Membership Process in a Nutshell

To become a member, here are the steps you need to take. Please note that there is no obligation to become a member, even after attending the classes. You don't have to make the decision until you feel fully comfortable with joining our family.

	Attend a Newcomer Orientation Dinner, where you meet our pastors and are introduced to Covenant's history, vision, and key ministries. Click here to sign up.
	Attend the Membership Classes (dates above), where Pastor Jerry fully explains what it means to be a member and describes in more detail who we are, our core beliefs, and what we offer as a church. See the details and sign-up form below.
	Attend an Elder Interview. This consists of a couple of elders sitting down with you and having a friendly conversation with you about your spiritual walk with God. Sign ups for this occur at the Membership Weekend.
	Attend a New Member's Sunday where you get welcomed into the Covenant Family and get baptized (if you haven't already done so). Details of this are covered during the Membership Weekend.
